JINJA - UGANDA

Well traveled within India, all over the country  including Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep Assam, Medhalay etc.

While reading ‘Algari Rakhadpatti’, saw the seed of wish to travel abroad.
Widely traveled in Africa, Europe, Asia, North, Central and South Americas, Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands.

The important feature of his travel is that – he has NEVER traveled in PACKAGED OR CONDUCTED OR ARRANGED TOUR but traveled all alone the way he  liked. spent time according to his liking on each place.

I am never keen on specific food (like Gujarati or Indian), though I am strict Vegetarian, always managed with what ever Vegetarian is available like bread, fruits, salads, rice, soup, tea etc etc.

So far traveled to more than 125 countries from Argentina and Aruba to Zambia and Zimbabwe., including Cambodia, Iceland, Samoa, Greenland, Cuba, Burkina Faso, Mali, Ivory Coast, Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Ethiopia, Malta, Malta, Morocco, Greece, Poland Ireland, Brunei, Taiwan, Macau, Peru, Paraguay, etc etc.

Some Travel Tips
  • Travel always light, Just what you can carry in with your hand
  • Always carry enough money, more than what you think enough, because unexpected expenses are some times very high like airport taxes in some countries, expensive transport system, and some time the cheapest hotel is also expensive.

  • Do not eat which does not suit to stomach, light food will keep you healthy while traveling.

A man as interesting as the places he has visited, still find HOME as sweet as any Gujarati when he is back in Bhavnagar !!
